advantages of traveling | Writing

There is nothing quite like traveling, like for the first time seeing a new location or returning to a favorite one. For various purposes, people of all ages, from all over the world, go to foreign countries, mostly for work, family, and leisure. Traveling is usually a pleasurable experience, whether by plane, train, ship, or car, at least for the people who can financially afford comfortable and safe methods of travel. Yet it has more advantages than fulfilling one's need to make money, such as seeing loved ones and enjoying oneself on holiday, for example. Other advantages of traveling are worth considering and checking out.
One of the essential advantages of traveling is to find and maintain an inner equilibrium. People get caught up in their lives too much, their everyday life of working, sleeping, eating, and living. To the point that their exhaustion affects their wellbeing, their happiness, and their future, they become self-absorbed.
“It’s a great, big world out there with billions and billions of people, who each day live their life and have their own unique experiences.”
Traveling is an experience that is humbling. It's just a superior feeling: moving to another nation and seeing people living differently, acting differently, looking differently. This is how one gets to know how big and insane our world is.
Another advantage of traveling is seeing one's home country in a new way, in a different light. By making a contrast between your home and a foreign place, it is possible. Sure, without traveling, this is unlikely. Going to areas that are unknown provides new experiences and inspiration.
“Away from home, one comes to understand what “home” actually is and what it means.”
Maybe their native country is not as free as, for instance, they had been told or originally believed to be. Unless they have seen it from a distance, from another, entirely different country, one does not understand what it means to be a citizen of their native country. One immediately thinks of how things are done in their own country and society while traveling abroad and having to live according to the rules and social standards of a foreign place and starts to prefer one way or another. This affects how one thinks, whether in a positive or a bad way, about their native land. This definition can be extended to different characteristics, such as the rights of women, human rights, customs and practices, convictions, government confidence, etc. For the person experiencing it, traveling is often advantageous.
“Traveling gets a person out of their comfort zone, away from all their ordinary pleasures and comforts and way of doing things.”
This forces them to be curious, to make the most of this precious gift, to live life to the fullest, and to use the time they have to learn new things, and to meet new people. This is similar to what people experience when reading a fictional story. They get to become whoever they read about, just as they get to become the people of the country they visit when they travel, even if it is just for a short time. They're living outside of their worlds.
In conclusion, for a person of any age, traveling is the perfect entertainment. It allows people, on the one hand, to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their values, and their lives. On the other hand, it also gives people a greater view of the environment in which they live, even though it is outside their immediate surroundings. In addition, it can also help a person to feel connected to the many individuals living in the world. Nonetheless, their lives can never come together or they are so entirely different that they may be from different worlds as well.
