Dear Sir,
I am writing to you In connection to a CD
player I bought from one of your dealers.
I was led to think it's the best on the market, not true,
because from the day I bought it I only had problems with the CD-player.
The eject button doesn't work right,
it also has a bad sound quality.
I've taken it back
and they've fixed it.
But it's
always insufficient.
My guarantee card is available to me, so I will be required to complain to the Consumer Defense Bureau unless my CD-player has been replaced or refunded.
